Returns & Exchanges
How do I return?
- Please review the "What items are returnable" section below before starting this process.
- Click the link above and enter your order number and email address in the fields and click Start
- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
- You will get a confirmation email with additional instructions once the request is received.
What items are returnable?
You can return your items within 30 days of receipt of your shipment.
ONLINE RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
- We DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS.
- Curvy Boutique By Judy gladly accepts returns for unwashed, unworn, unaltered products with tags attached for store credit ONLY.
- Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the date you received your shipment.
- Credit will be issued via email in the form of a gift card for the price the items were purchased at minus the shipping fee.
- Original shipping cost will not be included in the credit.
- Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box. Please return shoes in another box or shipping bag to avoid shoe box damage. DO NOT tape on the original shoe box. $5 will be deducted for box damage.
- Items that are final sale (clothing under $20, price markdowns, sale items, discounted items, etc. IF AN ITEM IS NOT AT ITS ORIGINAL PRICE, THEN IT IS A FINAL SALE), smell of cigarette smoke, laundry detergent, or have visible wear from being worn will not be accepted. These items will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.
- All returns are subject to denial or a $5 restocking fee if they do not meet our return policy.
- All sale items, headwear, earrings, camisoles, socks, bodysuits, bralettes, sports bras, bathing suits are FINAL SALE. No exceptions, no exchanges.
- Free gifts or promotional items are not returnable!
- For exchanges please use our returns center by visiting the following link; https://curvyboutiquebyjudy.com/a/returns. If the product you are hoping to exchange for is in stock be sure to indicate the desired size. If we have the item in stock, we will ship it to you upon receipt of the exchange item. If we no longer have your size available, we will issue a store credit. You will receive an email confirming each action taken.
- SEZZLE CUSTOMERS PLEASE NOTE: If there is an issue with an order and you wish to return, we will issue a store credit like we would upon receiving the item. You will finish out your payment plan since it is directly through Sezzle.
DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED MERCHANDISE:
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and visit our returns center link above to begin your return or exchange if you believe you have received damaged or defective merchandise. Please email us a picture of the damaged or defective merchandise to email@example.com
If you want to exchange for the same item, you will be presented with this option if that item is still in stock, or you may return for store credit. On your return notes, please include what is wrong with the item so that we may process your return more quickly.
Curvy Boutique By Judy does not offer price adjustments on previously purchased items.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES:
Shipments lost or misdirected in transit to the destination will be reshipped to the customer once it has been determined the original shipment cannot be delivered within a reasonable time frame. We are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments, please contact your local post office. Any packages returned to us as undeliverable will be re-shipped at customer expense. We are not responsible for refunding or replacing shipments for packages shown as delivered. We will supply order and tracking information for customers to provide to the U.S. Postal Service to file a claim. We will work with customers to replace packages after sending us a copy of their filed police report.
